Return & Exchange Policy: Due to the bespoke nature of our products, we cannot accommodate returns or exchanges for orders made in error (wrong size, color, or change of mind).

Damaged Goods or Manufacturing Errors: We stand by our quality. If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing error, reach out to us within 30 days of delivery for a complimentary replacement or refund. Please contact us via email and include clear photographic evidence of the problem.

Quality Assurance: We ensure high standards but cannot offer replacements or refunds for customer errors in ordering. For unsuccessful deliveries, choose between a replacement (additional cost) or a partial refund. Note: For Direct-to-Garment (DTG) products, a 0.5" variation in print placement is acceptable and not considered a defect."
